currently available: Cabernet Franc - Produces a very aromatic red wine that is softer than the wines of Cabernet Sauvignon. Riesling - Late maturing white vinifera producing grapes with exceptional wine quality. The wine has fruity aromas of apple, peach and pear, with delicate floral undertones. Marquette – Produces a medium body table wine that exhibits cherry and black currant flavors and aromas typical of many hybrids, but can be much more complex with integrated notes of pepper, blackberries, plum, tobacco, leather, and spice. Corot Noir - Produces a distinctive red wine that has a deep red color and attractive berry and cherry fruit aromas Noiret - Produces an excellent full-bodied wine with a distinct pepper character and moderate tannin content. Niagara - A floral white grape used for juice, wine and fresh consumption. Vines B&B and you will reap some exciting rewards.Here’s how it works. As mentioned, owner Todd Eichas is a hobbyist winemaker, and is planting “new vines” on the property. Each vine is catalogued in a database, and is available for a single sponsor. You choose the grape variety that you would like to sponsor. For a $40 Sponsorship fee, you will receive: 1. A picture (digital or printed) of your grapevine 2. A $25 discount on a stay at New Vines B&B (Of course you will want to come visit your vine!) 3. A bottle of "grapejuice" from the first vintage once your vine produces grapes |
